Pyka & Associates has over a hundred experienced, trained, licensed, and screened field adjusters who handle any type of catastrophe claim, such as hurricane, hail, fire, and ice.
Our onsite management team holds training classes before deployment, ensuring every adjuster knows the carrier’s procedures and policies. Our storm managers also audit claims through our FileTrac Claim Management System to guarantee that timelines and guidelines are met.
Every completed claim is then submitted to our quality control examiners, who are experts in insurance policies and Xactimate and Symbility estimating systems. They ensure every claim is completed to perfection before sending it to our clients.
Desk Adjusting Services
Pyka and Associates employs W-2 employees who have at least three years of inside examining experience, are licensed adjusters, and pass a vigorous background search. We have a variety of staff ranging from examiners to managers who perform duties such as desk reviews, full claim resolution, dispute resolution, managing units, and commercial and large loss claims.
National Appraisal Services
Pyka & Associates offers national appraisal services from experienced and licensed appraisers who possess at least five years of appraisal experience.
